EntrepreNorth App Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EntrepreNorth App (“the App”), a service provided by EntrepreNorth, a project of MakeWay Charitable Society ("we," "us," "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our service. By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Access to the Service and Account Security
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the service. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
3. User Conduct and Responsibility
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner while using our service. EntrepreNorth retains the right to terminate a user's access to the App if the user engages in actions or behaviours deemed disrespectful. If you are terminated from the service you may not create another account.

The service and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to the "multi-directional business compass", are owned by EntrepreNorth and Ben Scott and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may only use the “multi-directional business compass” for your personal and non-commercial use.

For your convenience, this App may provide links or pointers to third-party sites. We make no representations about any other websites that may be accessed from this App. If you choose to access any such sites, you do so at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the service, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Liability
While we make every effort to provide secure and confidential environments for the sharing and storage of data, EntrepreNorth cannot guarantee the confidentiality of data when you share it with other users on our platform. You acknowledge and agree that EntrepreNorth, a project of MakeWay Charitable Society shall not be responsible for how other users handle, misuse, or share data that may be accessed through the use of our services. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any business losses, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data that may arise from the actions of other users with whom you may have shared data.Your use of the App is at your own risk and EntrepreNorth has no liability whatsoever for your use of this App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EntrepreNorth from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the App, including, but not limited to, your User Submissions, third-party sites, any use of the App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
